I really like my Kindle - I only carry it with me most of the time, instead of two or three (or more books) and I am often using it to read several things at once. The down size is that it is expensive, you have to buy the books from Amazon, and I cannot always understand the customer service people. But I am glad I have it and have no significant complaints.
